Reporting to the Vice-President, Stakeholder Relations and Communications (SR&C), the Director Corporate Marketing will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to grow the airport's brand and all associated brands, increase awareness, and promote passenger traffic across multiple streams of the GTAA's business. You will work closely with the airport's commercial team and external partners to oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing initiatives in support of the airport's overall strategic goals and objectives.
You will lead the long-term strategic development and execution of the Toronto Pearson's brand strategy, including acting as a steward continuing to execute our brand refresh, overseeing development of the employer brand and championing the overall approach to brand development, digital storytelling, activations, and marketing campaigns that support awareness and boost corporate reputation. You will have complete oversight and accountability for all digital channels, including website, newsletters and social media.
You are a collaborator, influencer and builder who understands how to motivate and lead high performing teams. You are a strong storyteller with clear vision and the ability to execute. You have strong digital analytics skills and experience with paid advertising.
