Overview

PwC is focused on Building Trust and Solving Important Problems. This role is pivotal in enabling this. The ability to build trust with our important Manitoba Public Sector clients and bridge to how PwC can help them to solve their important problems is a challenging role. It encompasses understanding the opportunities and challenges that are being faced in the Manitoba Government and then having a broad understanding of PwC’s capabilities in order to put forward eloquent solutions for these opportunities. This role is primarily focused on business development in Manitoba’s Public Sector but also requires engagement in the projects – the best form of business development is good delivery!

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a series of progressive sales, business development and account management roles, within a professional services firm or large corporation and focused on the Manitoba government and public sector clients.

  • Previous experience in the delivery of digital transformation, operational efficiency programs and IT projects.

  • Established presence within the public sector community with strong relationships within Manitoba and municipal governments, including ministries and agencies.

  • Ability to collaborate within a highly matrixed and multi-line services environment.

  • Understand Manitoba procurement processes and nuances of responding to and evaluating RFPs.
