We are seeking a visionary commercial leader to build and scale a world-class selling capability function that drives measurable revenue growth and elevates the patient experience across our national clinic network. This is a strategic, head office-based role with national impact, collaborating closely with field leadership, marketing, operations, HR, and clinical teams to align commercial strategy with flawless in-clinic execution. The successful candidate will combine vision, executional excellence, and a deep understanding of the patient journey to help shape the next phase of growth for Canada"s leading medical aesthetics brand.
Key Responsibilities
- National Selling Strategy & Commercial Excellence – Own and implement a robust selling and consultation strategy across all service lines (injectables, skincare, energy-based treatments, body contouring, and emerging services). Translate corporate strategy into clinic-level playbooks, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Standardize and continuously optimize consultation models to increase conversion, retention, and patient lifetime value. Build cross-sell and bundled treatment strategies to maximize patient results and clinic revenue. Lead the selling strategy and, with direct reports, own and continuously enhance the end-to-end patient journey across all clinics and channels. Ensure a seamless, elevated, and brand-consistent consultation experience that increases conversion and retention. Align clinical consultation processes with patient expectations and emerging aesthetic trends.
- Provider Recruitment & Onboarding Excellence – Partner with HR, Regional Managers, and Medical Directors to identify, attract, and recruit high-performing injectors, technicians, and patient consultants. Lead targeted recruitment campaigns in priority markets to secure top-tier talent. Position Victoria Park as the employer of choice in medical aesthetics through compelling recruitment messaging and outreach. Design structured onboarding programs that accelerate new provider productivity, including patient introduction strategies, mentorship, and revenue ramp-up plans.
- Sales Enablement & Tools – Develop and maintain sales enablement assets such as consultation scripts, treatment planning templates, objection-handling guides, and promotional playbooks. Integrate tools into POS and CRM systems for real-time field use. Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between campaigns, promotions, and in-clinic sales messaging. Champion a performance culture focused on skill-building, feedback, and accountability. Establish clear performance metrics, feedback loops, and recognition programs that drive results. Collaborate with Regional and General Managers to deploy coaching, recognition, and performance interventions.
- Training & Capability Building – Design and oversee national onboarding and ongoing learning programs for providers and sales-focused staff. Own learner journeys and governance of Learning platform(s). Support training strategy and execution through blended learning: in-person, virtual, role-play, and e-learning. Establish sales certification standards and governance over learning platforms. Coach high-potential providers and consultants to improve consultation skills, sales confidence, and patient engagement. Build and implement cross-selling and bundling strategies to increase patient value and long-term outcomes. Standardize and enhance the consultation model to improve client conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
- Performance Management & Measurement – Define and track key commercial KPIs at national, clinic, and individual provider levels. Analyze sales and consultation performance to identify training gaps, process improvements, and revenue opportunities. Implement recognition and incentive programs that reward high performance.
- Vendor & Partner Management – Manage relationships with product and equipment vendors to enhance training content and maximize commercial ROI. Oversee vendor-sponsored learning programs, events, and compliance with partnership agreements. Partner with the VP and team to manage capital equipment investment strategies and tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Training & Development, or related field; Masters degree is an asset.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or sales leadership, preferably in medical aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing national sales strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of patient consultation processes in aesthetics or healthcare.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Fully bilingual in English and French.
