Job summary

A growing marketing technology firm is seeking a Direct Customer Marketer to lead customer engagement through various channels. The ideal candidate will manage paid acquisition campaigns, webinars, and customer communication, ensuring strong pipeline growth and revenue impact. This role requires 3–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and skills in executing multi-channel marketing strategies. The position is remote-friendly, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Canada.

Qualifications

Buzz.ai is scaling, and we’re building a marketing team that’s loud, clear, and in the face (in the best way). We’re looking for a Direct Customer Marketer to own how we show up to direct customers—webinars, email, community, events, AND paid ads to acquire more.

You’ll be the face of the Direct segment: creating energy, building trust, driving demand, and making Buzz.ai the obvious choice.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end marketing for Direct customers (segment strategy → execution → results)
  • Paid acquisition: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Meta/Google or similar) to drive qualified leads
  • Webinar engine: programming, promotion, hosting/moderating, follow-up nurture
  • Customer-facing campaigns: email blasts, product announcements, offers, reactivation
  • Community + field motion: virtual + in-person moments that create buzz
  • Customer stories: case studies, testimonials, “why Buzz” content
  • Partner closely with the broader marketing + demand gen function to hit pipeline goals

  • Have hands‑on experience running paid ads (or managing an agency tightly)
  • Can run webinars/events like a pro (and don’t mind being on camera)
  • Write strong emails and can orchestrate multi‑touch campaigns
  • Are scrappy, organized, and excited to build from scratch
