We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Digital Strategy & Execution Manager to lead market intelligence, strategic planning, and execution support for Manulife Bank’s digital initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital competitive positioning, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure our digital strategy is informed by market realities and implemented with precision.

Position Responsibilities
Digital Intelligence & Market Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform digital strategy
  • Maintain a centralized digital intelligence repository and distribute insights to team members
  • Conduct segmentation and benchmarking analyses to identify digital strategic opportunities
  • Present scenario analyses and strategic implications to senior leadership
Strategic Planning
  • Build and maintain a digital strategy for the organization
  • Assist in annual and multi‑year planning cycles by incorporating market feedback and analyzing different scenarios.
  • Partner with Product, Digital Delivery, GTM, Sales, Operations, and other team members to prioritize initiatives and align resources with the strategic roadmap.
  • Develop ROI, risk, and scalability frameworks to evaluate initiatives
Execution Support & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a strategic partner to executives, translating leadership priorities into operational plans and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Prepare board reports, C‑suite briefings, and steering committee updates
  • Create decision‑support tools and champion knowledge‑sharing across teams
  • Coordinate post‑implementation reviews of major digital initiatives to capture lessons learned and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in financial services, dedicated to strategy and digital execution roles.
  • Experience in digital transformation or market intelligence roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, FinTech, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience building financial models and business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling strategic narratives and visual presentations that distill complex insights into clear, executive‑ready decks for senior leadership and board audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data & analytical tools (Excel, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI dashboards, etc.).
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.

Salary range
