About the Role

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy engineering or computer science student passionate about digital transformation and operational excellence to join our team as a Digital Solutions Fellow. This role blends technical skills in software development and data visualization with a problem-solving mindset to create tools and dashboards that enhance efficiency and deliver actionable insights across our Canadian Hub operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, coding and testing applications or scripts to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency in the business, owning significant part of the planning and execution (testing and implementation).
  • Contribute to the transition away from legacy tools (e.g., CPS) by supporting evaluation and development of modern solutions.
  • Build dashboards and reporting templates using platforms such as Power BI or similar tools.
  • Create systems/models that Integrates data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for Power Systems leadership team and plant operations.
  • Work closely with other team members, IT/Digital teams, and plant stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Document processes, user guides, and technical specifications for developed tools.
  • Participate in Early Career Program Activities.

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
