Overview

As our Digital Platform Coordinator youll be the guardian of our online presence. Youll manage everything from website audits and landing page builds to Google Business Profile management and GA4 reporting. Youll collaborate across departments and with vendors to ensure all platforms are accurate secure and delivering the right results. This role blends technical oversight analytics and content accuracy. If you enjoy problem-solving improving digital systems and ensuring websites are both functional and user-friendly this role gives you the chance to make a measurable impact across multiple industries.

Location: In Person - Cambridge ON

Compensation: Up to $55000-$65000 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company websites landing pages and subdomains
• Perform website audits to ensure speed functionality spelling / grammar accuracy and image quality
• Build and develop lead forms and campaign landing pages
• Manage and update Google Business Profiles across multiple brands
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and provide actionable insights
• Deliver bi-weekly reports on site performance uptime and lead generation
• Support Google Ads audits and integrations (feeds tracking etc.)
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues quickly
• Ensure accurate online inventory listings team profiles and photos
• Oversee domains hosting platforms and 2FA security setups
• Organize and optimize the blog content strategy and backlog
• Support campaign creation across email SMS and web platforms
• Contribute to special digital projects across our brands

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience managing websites or digital platforms
• Strong expertise with WebFlow (WordPress or other CMS platforms a plus)
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles and ensuring consistency across locations
• Strong skills with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking and reporting
• Solid knowledge of SEO UX / UI best practices and image optimization
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for performance tracking
• Excellent communication skills to work across departments and vendors (French is an asset)
• Detail-oriented highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Bonus Skills

• Experience with CRM systems API integrations and marketing tools
• Background in campaign launches blog strategy or content writing
