The position is based in Yellowknife, NT. Applicants must already be local — or ready to relocate within 4–8 weeks of an offer. Relocation support is available, including a $3,000 relocation loan (forgivable after 12 months).

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, social media, and web
• Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project delivery
• Collaborate closely with creative and digital teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional marketing/advertising experience
• At least 2 years focused on digital strategy, creative, media, or account management
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and social media advertising
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to relocate to Yellowknife within 4–8 weeks
