The Strategist partners closely with leadership and clinic stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, data‑driven digital initiatives that increase patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a full‑time, in‑office position based at our Yonge & Bloor location in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities (new patient acquisition, service mix, clinic performance) into integrated digital plans and quarterly roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, lead quality, and conversion rates across the full patient journey
Paid & Organic Media Performance
  • Strategically plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, PPC) with a focus on ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency
  • Oversee organic channel performance, ensuring SEO, content, and social efforts support long-term growth and brand authority
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize targeting, creative, and messaging based on performance insights
SEO, Content & Brand Presence
  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on‑page optimization, content planning, and performance monitoring
  • Guide content development across websites, blogs, and social platforms to support search visibility, patient education, and brand trust
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Develop and oversee an organic social media strategy that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and supports patient acquisition
  • Plan content calendars, assess platform performance, and refine approach based on audience behavior and trends
Website & Digital Experience
  • Own the performance and optimization of a network of clinic websites, ensuring they are current, conversion‑focused, mobile‑optimized, and user‑friendly
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve UX, CRO, and site performance
  • Lead the CDS website modernization project
CRM, Email & Marketing Automation
  • Lead email marketing and CRM automation strategies to support lead nurturing, patient engagement, and retention
  • Leverage automation and personalization to improve lifecycle communications and patient experience
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Use performance data to guide budget allocation, campaign optimization, and strategic decision‑making

  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, CRM systems, marketing automation tools)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
Preferred Experience
