We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Campaigns, based in our Milton Office location to join the Marketing team. This is a fully on-site role.

Your future team
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Marketing & Branding Director and will have one direct report under their supervision. They will be working hand in hand with Sales operations and Digital Marketing Manager, Engagement & Experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lower-funnel digital marketing campaigns to convert mid- and low-funnel prospects into qualified sales leads.
  • Own the lead generation strategy in coordination with sales operations, aligning campaigns to key business goals and sales targets.
  • Develop annual marketing plans—including marketing automation strategies, content development and campaign page creation with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance our marketing automation system (Marketo) and ensure seamless integration with CRM (MS Dynamics); assist in integrating additional platforms as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support global and regional marketing projects while ensuring all campaigns follow brand, compliance, and legal guidelines.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on lead management best practices, including lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
What you bring
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • Proven experience in driving B2B digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in full-funnel digital marketing strategy, from awareness to conversion.
  • Advanced skills in campaign analytics with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of the building materials or construction industry is an asset.
