Overview
As the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Sales Coordinator, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and play a key role in executing digital marketing initiatives and managing e-commerce operations across Tissot Canada's direct and wholesale channels. You will be responsible for driving digital sales, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, HQ, and third-party retailers.

Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns including product launches, advertising placements, and media coordination.
- Ensure all third-party retailer websites reflect current campaigns and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Manage SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), and drive traffic and engagement across platforms.
- Liaise with HQ web team in Switzerland for product display, site layout, and content coordination.
- Adapt global layouts for local market needs and manage website merchandising.
- Forecast and manage digital marketing budgets; research trends and identify vendors.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters; manage mailing lists.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure accurate campaign data and budget tracking.
- Partner with Brand Manager to analyze campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
- E-Commerce & Customer Support
- Handle inbound inquiries from retailers and third-party e-commerce platforms in English and French.
- Perform manual checks on pending orders and coordinate releases.
- Troubleshoot issues related to checkout, inventory, pricing, payments, and delivery by liaising with internal departments.
- Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Work with Sales Operations Coordinator to reserve inventory for e-commerce.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on order fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and transfers.
Working Conditions
This is an on-site role. Moderate physical effort may be required during event setups. Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings and late evenings, may be necessary during peak periods.
Employment Status
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet business needs, including occasional travel and extended hours during key campaigns or events.

Professional requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- College degree in Business Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
- Knowledge of online marketing best practices including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, charts, formulas).
- Experience with Magento or other CMS platforms (Demandware, WordPress, Dynamics).
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Google tools (Analytics, Webmaster).
- Experience with SAP and social media analytics (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven ability to manage customer service cases from start to finish with professionalism and tact.
