Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities with health and wellness practitioners and clinics
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and renewals
  • Execute sales strategies and lead outreach efforts across digital channels, events, and partnerships
  • Conduct needs assessments with potential clients and present tailored solutions from the HealthBuddha platform
  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, follow-up, closing, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline, and clients using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings based on practitioner feedback
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a strong focus on performance-based commissions
  • Work remotely with flexibility and autonomy while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
  • Travel occasionally to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed to support sales efforts and brand presence
  • Qualifications & What You Bring to the Role

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role , preferably within the Health & Wellness industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage leads, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive timelines
  • A consultative, client-first approach paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot , Salesforce ) and digital platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team objectives
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
  • Familiarity with naturopathic practices , digital marketing, or wellness-focused technologies is a strong asset
  • A collaborative spirit, growth mindset, and genuine interest in empowering practitioners and improving patient outcomes
