We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized digital operations director to join our dynamic team. Specializing in digital marketing, Jumpfactor is driven by a commitment to delivering measurable results for managed IT & cybersecurity firms. We are the largest pure digital agency in our niche with plans to grow 5X in the next four years.
Role Overview
As a Digital Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes across all service lines. You would oversee and manage a team of ~8 cross-functional leaders, including the following departments: SEO, Content, Web Dev, Design, Paid Media, Email Marketing & Automation, and Social Media. You are ultimately accountable for ensuring that all functional teams are delivering high-quality work, maintaining a high bar for excellence, and achieving clear KPIs and goals.

Who you are
- Min. 8+ years experience with 4+ years hands-on marketing & project management
- Well versed in SEO, inbound, content, social, & web dev, email, paid, design
- Min. 4 years management of team sizes of 10+ direct reports
- Tenure & achievement in a growth environment/overseeing teams of 50-100 team members
- Highly systems-focused with experience in SOPs, KPIs, and building high-performance teams
- Proven in coaching & managing performance in multiple 8-figure revenue firms ($15-$50M+)
- You love people management and consider it a passion
- Exceptionally strong in interpersonal skills and collaboration
- Experienced in making tough calls on personnel with zero tolerance for mediocrity
- Heavily data driven for tracking success in all areas
- Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, disciplined, & resourceful
- Highly proficient in leveraging AI to optimize marketing execution
- Familiarity with Traction EOS or Rockefeller habits is a major asset
- Experience in an agency environment is a major plus
- Proactively able to manage workload and resources across a team
- You are obsessed with details and the right type of micromanagement is your superpower
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence
- Managing a team of 8+ functional managers, who lead a total of ~70 people
- Running weekly team meetings with managers, ensuring deliverables & results are met
- Manage capacity planning and hiring budgets aligned with forecasted needs of the business
- Ensure roadblocks are removed and milestones are met, being hands-on when needed
- Leverage automation and new technologies to drive value for clients
- Ensuring project profitability and ROI for clients
Leadership Team Accountability & Management
- Holding team members accountable for KPIs, results, and SOP adherence
- Coach, mentor, recruit team members, and build skills with measured goals
- Ensure a constant line of succession is elevated from across the organization among your leadership team
- Inspire high energy, enthusiasm, and a culture of excellence aligned with core values
- Instill and oversee a culture of auditing and measurement for quality standards by all managers
- Manage a consistent company-wide method for coaching and training according to playbooks
- Coach, mentor and elevate all functional managers up or out (to other non-manager roles if required)
- Reporting to and working with the Head of Agency Operations
KPI Management & Adherence
- Forecast and track client campaign performance via KPI dashboard
- Track and oversee manager adherence to management standards and implementer standards
- Ensure SLAs for performance are maintained to ensure consistent quality work
- Ensuring risks are handled, milestones are met, and performance issues are corrected
Service Delivery Innovation
- Create, document, and streamline systems and processes for each functional area
- Constantly learn new trends and strategies of inbound marketing
- Manage and ensure quality standards for all deliverables via QA
- Work closely with other department directors from Product to Sales to Media to ensure company goals are achieved
