Qualifications

• Minimum of three years recent related experience in diabetes care and group teaching.
• Registered Nurse registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in day-to-day operations of Diabetes Education Centres.
• Perform patient assessment and education for individuals and families.
• Consult with physicians and healthcare teams regarding diabetes care.
