About the job: We are seeking a proactive and ownership‑driven Sustaining Engineer who is passionate about engineering. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the engineering data that supports our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
Review, update, and incorporate all ECRs, redlines, and pending design changes into finalized engineering documentation.
  • Resolve missing dimensions, unclear tolerances, and any gaps or inconsistencies within drawings and models.
  • Prepare, validate, and release complete manufacturing packages, including drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
  • Ensure BOM accuracy and maintain alignment between engineering changes, planning, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure design intent is maintained and producible.
  • Maintain configuration control and ensure documentation meets customer, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide engineering support during first‑article builds, troubleshooting, and early production activities.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
    • Strong CAD proficiency with solid MS Office skills.
    • Acts like an owner: takes accountability, follows through, and looks for ways to improve.
    • Bias for action: comfortable moving quickly, making decisions, and driving progress.
