We’ll look to you for:

Architecting and governing the enterprise DevOps framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Defining reference architectures for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.

Establishing DevOps standards and policies for branching strategies, version control, and deployment workflows.

Conducting strategic assessments of current infrastructure and recommending modernization roadmaps.

Evaluating emerging technologies and tools, driving innovation and adoption across teams.

Collaborating with solution architects and security teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and scalability.

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.

Proven experience in architecting DevOps solutions for large-scale, hybrid, or virtualized environments.

Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD orchestration.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security, and compliance.

Expertise in VMware and Suse Harvester virtualization platforms.

Solid background in Windows and Linux administration, with the ability to define automation standards.

Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
