A leading claims management company is seeking a Desk Adjuster Level 1 to join their team in Canada. The position offers flexible working arrangements, whether in-office, hybrid, or fully remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and settling claims, ensuring accurate reporting and working collaboratively with field adjusters. Applicants should have at least one year of insurance claims experience and strong analytical skills. Bilingualism in French/English is an asset. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
We are currently recruiting for a Desk Adjuster Level 1to join our team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.
The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle commercial and personal lines claims on the desktop using a variety of techniques and systems. The candidate will direct field adjusters on a task basis as required. The candidate will participate in ensuring accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files.
The salary range is $38,264.01 to 57,396.01 annually.
