How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and report
  • Provide administrative support to the orthodontic staff
  • Scheduling, patient appointments, managing patient accounts, inputting new patients into the computer system
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
