A Day in the Life

As the Demand Planner for Quebec, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational execution and successful product launches in the province. Reporting to the Supply Chain team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Canada to manage purchase orders, resolve issues, and optimize inventory.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Purchase Order Management: Oversee the flow of Partner Brands (PB) and Professional Products Division (PPD) purchase orders for Quebec.
  • Promotional Execution: Process and track promotional purchase orders to ensure flawless execution.
  • Inventory Optimization: Support PB and PPD inventory management specific to the Quebec market.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory and Backorders (BO).
  • Product Launch Coordination: Open and coordinate orders for new product launches in Quebec.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve shortages, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Conduct purchase order status checks and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
We Are Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Foundation in planning, purchasing, or supply chain management (1-2 years of experience).
  • Strong data management skills, particularly in Excel.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (collaborating with other provinces is key).
