About the Opportunity

Our marketing team is growing and we’re building an Americas Demand Center to facilitate the planning and execution of our coordinated marketing strategy to deliver impactful fully integrated marketing campaigns. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our integrated campaign managers to support the execution programs that drive the core marketing campaign strategies that generate and accelerate revenue opportunities.

What you’ll get to do
  • Working within the Dayforce Marketing team, the Demand Center enables driving consistent, repeatable, and scalable demand marketing that align to our global GTM strategy.
  • Support the Demand Center Leaders in their teams’ development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans, programs, and campaigns, including communicating program details and results to stakeholders.
  • Creation of campaign assets and management of internal campaign resource centres.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in sales and marketing to ensure campaigns effectively support sales objectives and are properly executed.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, creating tactics to ensure the constant delivery of qualified sales leads for ongoing pipeline creation and program optimization.
  • Research and identify future potential marketing opportunities, such as events, sponsorships, and technology.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager or sr. marketing leadership.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years in B2B Marketing; ideally field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience using Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo
  • A self-starter that can work independently or as part of a matrixed marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using various inputs.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and lead discussions with a wide variety of audiences.
