Job description
What we’re looking for:

Rogers is seeking a Data Solutions Architect (DSA) to join the Data & AI team, supporting enterprise-wide data product design and solutioning. This role involves working across business units to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable data solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead creation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Design Documents (DDD) for data, technology, and ETL architecture.
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, engineers, DBAs, and analysts to define and implement data solutions.
  • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models with a focus on reusability and interoperability.
  • Support cloud migration efforts and ensure alignment with data governance and security standards.
  • Understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, copilots, multimodal apps).
  • Evaluate existing data architectures and recommend improvements.
  • Research emerging technologies and integrate them into enterprise data strategies.
What you bring:
  • Proven experience in data architecture and engineering leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL, SQL, programming, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience with big data, streaming services (Kafka), and cloud migration.
  • Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, Generative AI, and LLMs is an asset.
  • Telecom industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills.
