Job Title: Data Entry / Document Scanning Associate
Location: Toronto, ON (near Keele St & Finch Ave)
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or Afternoon Shift: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.85 per hour

This position supports a records management operation. The work includes handling physical files, preparing documents for scanning, and completing data entry using computer systems. The role is based in a warehouse office setting rather than a traditional office, with work completed at an individual scanning station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and bindings
  • Scan physical documents using high-speed scanning equipment
  • Perform data entry and indexing of scanned files into various internal systems
  • Conduct image and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolution
  • Assemble printed materials and bind documents as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and accuracy standards

Work Conditions

This position is in a warehouse-style environment with seated workstations. Repetitive motion and extended periods of computer use are required. Associates must be comfortable working in a production-paced setting.
