Job summary

A staffing agency in Ontario is seeking a data entry contractor to manage inventory data and maintain the DRIMIS database onsite. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry for the Government of Canada and proficiency in SAP and DRIMIS. Work hours are from 08:00 to 16:00 with a requirement for 2 references.

Qualifications

Job description

Scope of work

Data entry services, managing inbound and outbound materiel, and maintaining DRIMIS database. Work will be conducted onsite at 1630 StarTop Road, Ottawa. Workday consists of 7.5 hours, due to access restrictions hours will be from 08:00 and 16:00.

Tasks

Contractor’s Resource will be required to provide the following tasks:

• Enter inbound and outbound inventory data into DRIMIS;
• Assist in stocktaking;
• Verify information provided by DND/CAF personnel;
• Assist in inventory data collection and compilation; and
• Organize data according to user requirements.

Additional mandatory criteria

• M1 - Must clearly demonstrate 2 years of experience data entry service for the Government of Canada within the last 6 years
• M2 - Must have worked in SAP and/or DRIMIS
• M3 - *2 references are required, they must be included in your submission.
