About the job Data Analytics Trainee Consultant

The Company: Arsenault is a premier Microsoft partner located in the GTA. Our customer base extends across Canada and the contiguous US states. DSIs primary goal is to help customers execute their business processes more effectively via investments in applications and analytics. Our core practices include Cloud Infrastructure, Application Development, Analytics, and Managed Services.

The Position: We are looking for recent graduates, 2 - 3 years of out of school, with minimal prior experience in analytics, who aspire to a career in consulting and have a passion for data and the continuous learning that comes with it.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute effectively on the learning path towards gaining the required Microsoft certifications to be effective in the role.
  • Play an individual contributor role in our Analysis & Design team to gain familiarity with our delivery process.
  • Populate and improve our specification documents to enable our technical consultants in the delivery process.
  • Once you have demonstrated an ability to learn and work independently you will be promoted to a Junior Consultant level for improved remuneration and elevated responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business, math, information technology, or engineering.
  • Good customer facing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, eager to learn and contribute.
  • Prior experience with any of the following skills: data engineering, data visualization, Azure Data Services, SQL Server.
  • An energetic personality, eager to learn and grow as a professional consultant, with a high level of aptitude.
