The Data Analyst serves as a general consultant to the business on analytics initiatives, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger strategies, and measurable outcomes. Partnering with stakeholders and development teams, the Data Analyst defines requirements, applies appropriate analytical approaches, and delivers end-to‑end solutions, including dashboards, reports, and workflows. This role also supports and enhances the organization’s BI and analytics infrastructure, promotes data literacy, and ensures sustainability through clear documentation and scalable solutions. Success requires advanced analytical expertise, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across teams.
