Classes will be conducted Tuesday and Thursday evenings, requiring strong musicality and choreography skills. Qualifications

Minto Dance Academy in Harriston, Ontario is seeking a DANCE TEACHER to join our team. We have been servicing Minto and the surrounding communities for more than 40 years.

Successful candidate must be well versed in Acro, Ballet, Commercial, Contemporary, Lyrical and Pointe.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

• Instructors must possess a current dance teaching certification and/or be highly experienced teaching their dance discipline.
• Have experience teaching and developing dancers between 8 years to 18 years old.
• Excellent musicality and ability to choreograph multiple routines per year.
• Must be a team player, reliable, driven, inclusive and self-motivated.
• Candidate will be eager to continue their own professional development.
• Candidates must be extremely friendly, outgoing, positive and enjoy working with children.

Position to commence September through June. Classes are taught Tuesday and Thursday evenings; approximately 5 hours per evening.

Renumeration based on experience and qualifications.
