We’re seeking a result-driven Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team to help support our North American team and our incredible clients. This role is open to candidates based in Toronto and surrounding area.

Job Description
  • Managing and scaling key revenue-driving processes from exisitng clients.
  • Collaborating with global teams to provide curated recommendations for the North America market.
  • Handling client messages promptly and efficiently, managing customer communication, and resolving queries.
  • Providing well-researched and detailed recommendations to advertising clients to optimize their campaigns and maximize their ROI.
  • Preparing comprehensive and detailed reports for the publishing team to present to clients, providing insights and progress updates.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including key members from finance and technology departments, to maintain uniform reporting and dispute resolution processes.
  • Regularly revising and maintaining internal and external reports as well as monitoring various tracking documents, with daily and weekly updates.
  • Supporting the North America team with client inquiries, recommendations, and day-to-day client management (including managing an individual client patch).
  • Continuously working on improving customer engagement and satisfaction, contributing to the company's overall growth.
  • Assisting the North America sales team with troubleshooting campaign reporting issues with their clients.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for promoting digital marketing, publishing, and Adtech products/solutions, with a preference for candidates possessing 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Inherently motivated to lead new initiatives, problem‑solving challenges, and identify existing opportunities to optimize/improve current workflows.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy & thrive in a fast‑paced environment - especially working remotely.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus. Specifically, understanding UTM tags and their functionality and standard reporting metrics in GA4.
  • Understanding of key affiliate marketing platforms - with a familiarity of how deep links (tracking links) are created and function with each.
Compensation & Benefits
