What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience is preferredFamiliarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
