What you’ll do
  • Manage the full order cycle by receiving and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring every step is handled with care from entry to delivery.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, responding to inquiries, finding opportunities to meet their needs, and developing practical solutions that strengthen the business relationship.
  • Build and sustain long‑term customer partnerships by providing a consistent and professional experience, promoting trust and reliability.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both with customers and across internal teams, to share updates, solve challenges, and keep processes running efficiently.
  • Work together with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment where knowledge and guidelines are shared.
  • Quickly identify and address problems, managing order discrepancies, delays, or other issues proactively.
  • Adapt to additional tasks and projects as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
What we would like from you
  • University degree or equivalent experience with specialized training in a related field (i.e. chemistry, sales, or customer service) with two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • Must exhibit strong organizational proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent time management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem‑solving with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
  • Should be a fantastic colleague who is customer focused and dedicated, with a proven ability to confidently interact with internal and external partners.
  • Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
