• Handle incoming customer service calls.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Respond to client requests for coverage.
• Create and explain policies via Needs Analysis system.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

Duties :

• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
• Handle incoming customer service calls.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Accept customer calls and return customer inquiries.
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
