Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative is accountable to respond to customer inquiries, marketing credit products and services, and supporting the branch team in a professional and courteous manner.

What You\'ll Do:
  • Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager,monitorsaccounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
  • Reconcilescheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”.
  • Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
  • Completes administrative correspondence.
  • Assistswith inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory.
  • ChampionNutrien’sculture of care andcomplywithNutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards.
What You\'ll Bring:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Mustpossessa valid Canadian driver’s license.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • PreviousSAP experience, an asset.
