Your role at a glance :

Your responsibility is to own the customer’s experience and ensure we make a positive impact on their day.

  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure the Service Centre runs smoothly.
  • Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
  • Work with insurance partners to help customers get the best value.
  • Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs (our tools are easy to use!).
  • Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who you are :

  • You value building relationships with customers and teammates.
  • You have experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism, helping people.
  • No formal education is required; we provide on-the-job training!
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at various Belron Canada locations within your area.

Range of pay for a Customer Service Representative is between $22.50 - $26.00 per hour.
