Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support in both Spanish and English using a call flow guide
- Assist customers with basic technical issues and inquiries
- Track, document, and retrieve customer information in databases
- Promote additional products and services to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
