Role Overview

Ecom Logistics is a fast-growing, tech-driven logistics company that helps e-commerce businesses deliver faster and smarter. Founded in 2017 in Toronto, we’ve quickly expanded across Canada and continuing to expand with innovation at our core.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Ecom Logistics! You’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver between our clients, drivers, and operations teams - helping make every delivery smooth, every issue resolved, and every customer happy.

If you love staying organized, communicating clearly, and making things run like clockwork, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to contact for clients and partners - respond to inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain shipment or customer records accurately and up to date.
  • Track, update, and troubleshoot shipments - making sure parcels arrive where they should, when they should.
  • Investigate delivery exceptions like delays, damages, or missing packages and follow up with fulfillment or delivery teams.
  • Open and manage claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Print and prepare labels for special projects and time-sensitive requests.
  • Oversee the Food Quality Safety Program, ensuring compliance with all standards (for Fulfillment team).
  • Help with billing checks, refunds, or credits when needed.
  • Keep our systems and CRMs organized - accuracy matters!
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve service and keep our customers smiling.
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tracking or CRM tools.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in logistics, parcel delivery, or customer service is a plus (not a must)!
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
