Positions:

  • Customer Support Specialist - English and Bilingual (French) Available!

Location: Milton, ON

Registration is required to secure an interview. Only those contacted by an HR Representative and provided with appointment details will be permitted entry.

Various in‑office shifts available.

Customer Support Specialist

Pay from $31 to $36 per hour

Bilingual - Pay from $35 to $40 per hour

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.
  • Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • For Bilingual (French) role - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
