Responsibilities
- Assist customers with information and product requirements in-store or over the telephone.
- Prepare special orders, collect required information and specifications, and coordinate with the Special Order Purchaser to confirm price and delivery date.
- Maintain store areas, ensure stocked merchandise, up-to-date information signage, monitor inventory levels, perform counts, and address inventory concerns.
- Keep informed about current flyers and promotional events.
- Develop product knowledge, understand application / renovation techniques, and improve selling skills through available training.
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

- Some experience in a customer-focused role.
- Ability to perform duties involving stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products.
