Overview

Customer Service Associate (Flooring / Seasonal) at RONA. Join to apply for the Customer Service Associate (Flooring / Seasonal) role at RONA. You will guide customers, manage special orders, and help ensure a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information and product requirements in-store or over the telephone.
• Prepare special orders, collect required information and specifications, and coordinate with the Special Order Purchaser to confirm price and delivery date.
• Maintain store areas, ensure stocked merchandise, up-to-date information signage, monitor inventory levels, perform counts, and address inventory concerns.
• Keep informed about current flyers and promotional events.
• Develop product knowledge, understand application / renovation techniques, and improve selling skills through available training.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
