UPS is currently looking for a Part‑Time Evening Warehouse Clerk at our warehouse in Stittsville.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all telephone calls.
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Dealing with SLA concerns, PCA queries.
• Running reports for the centre, TTS report, Cares report and Apple report.
• Cash handling and banking.
• Meet set targets on a daily basis.
• Responsible for any additional tasks given.

Qualifications

• Have good communication skills and fluent in English both written & spoken – essential.
• Efficient team player and able to work in a targeted environment.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Typing skills: at least 40 words per minute.
• Good attention to details.
• Data entry and customer services experience is mandatory.
• Warehouse experience is an asset.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced and temperature‑variable environment.

Compensation & Benefits
