Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education with concentration in Information Technology, B2B Technical Support, Business Administration or in a related discipline
- Technically inclined: process oriented and driven by a natural curiosity
- Thrive in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively
- A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature
- At home in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined
- A practiced Bilingual (English/French) communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Modernizing processes by leveraging technology solutions such as EDI, API, and file transfers
- Understanding customer requirements to deliver the best fit solution
- Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected
- Enable and maintain data channels between Midland and our customers
- Test and support technology enhancementsCollaborate and work in a team environment
- Provide continuous support to our customers via phone or email as required
