A community support organization in Vancouver is seeking a Community Resource Facility Support Worker to supervise and support clients. The ideal candidate is enrolled in Criminology or a related field and possesses strong communication skills. Responsibilities include enforcing house rules, assisting with client documentation, and maintaining confidentiality. Compensation ranges from $25.10 to $25.60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Position: Community Resource Facility (CRF) Support Worker
Objective: To ensure that the proper supervision and support is given to each CSC client as required by The Salvation Army, The Correctional Service of Canada and funding policies and procedures.
Supervision: The CRF Support Worker tasks will be directly supervised by the Manager, Community Resource Facility

Experience:
None required however preference will be given to applicants with a correctional or social service background, or related experience
Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $25.10 to $25.35 with a maximum of $25.60. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
