We are looking for team players who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to make their mark this summer. We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care and painting/staining for both interior and exterior projects!

We are committed to transforming the homes of our local residential communities and leaving our homeowners in awe of the transformation. We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals to join our business. We are looking to hire skilled labourers who enjoy working outside and are motivated to do an incredible job.

Requirements :

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary). You will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects and will become proficient quickly!
• Must have your own car or reliable transportation
• Reliable and hardworking
• Coachable

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining a high standard of quality and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized site and project area
• Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner
• Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work sites

Compensation :

• $17-$20/hr depending on experience and responsibility
