About the Opportunity
  • Track customer credit exposure and receivable aging; notify appropriate internal teams when thresholds are exceeded.
  • Execute collection activities on past-due balances, applying judgment to elevate matters through appropriate recovery channels when needed.
  • Oversee usage of third-party credit evaluation tools to balance effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Investigate and help resolve customer billing issues in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Participate in regular reviews of outstanding customer account issues.
  • Process electronic payment transactions.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
About You
  • Several years of experience in credit and collections, with demonstrated negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with common office productivity tools and familiarity with accounting or financial systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
  • Availability to support business operations during critical or emergency situations as required.
  • Experience working within an ERP environment.
  • Comfort presenting information to groups and facilitating discussions.
Pay Range

$25 - $35 / hour
