A creative consultancy in Toronto is seeking a professional to support resource management and ensure efficient creative workflows. This role involves coordinating schedules, tracking workloads, and acting as a key link across creative, account management, and project management teams. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in resource management, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Salary range is CAD $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

Supports the day-to-day coordination and deployment of creative resources across assigned accounts and projects. Partners closely with the Creative Resources Director to maintain accurate schedules, track workloads, and ensure creative teams are set up for success. Acts as a key operational link between Creative, Account Management, and Project Management to keep work moving efficiently and on time.
This role is detail-driven, proactive, and foundational to the smooth functioning of the creative workflow.

Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
