You are a proven hunter and closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement. Our sales process focuses on problem solving and creating value for customers as soon as we engage with them. You’ll work with key decision makers on strategies and recommendations around our technology and customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business within the ideal customer profile
  • Target clients in pharma, tech, finance, sports & entertainment, and other high-growth industries
  • Maintain a precise and up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Consistently deliver results against set KPIs and performance objectives
  • Fully utilize the sales tech stack to drive efficiency and insight
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through internal learning pathways
  • Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and use solution selling to win
  • Navigate educational pathways to continue personal development within the travel industry
  • Delivery of results against set objectives and KPIs
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening abilities
  • Experience with sales automation and other sales technology platforms is strongly desired
  • Experience planning, developing, and executing business development strategies
  • Skilled in delivering effective product demonstrations
  • Committed to continuous improvement and supporting team growth
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives both virtually and in person
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations, and enablement

Compensation and Location

Location : Toronto, ON

Salary : anticipated annual salary of $75,000 plus commission / incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On targets earnings (OTE) average range between $75,000 - $94,000. The annual salary range represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
