Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to the legal department. Your responsibilities will be varied and include:

  • Write, edit and format legal administrative letters and documents;
  • Coordination, preparation and correction of various documents (correspondence, service offers, presentations, reports, etc.);
  • Produce and transmit various documents to the relevant authorities;
  • Coordination of meetings, conferences, etc.;
  • Take notes during various meetings.
Qualifications
  • Legal background or other relevant education / experience combination;
  • Good level of bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken;
  • Mastery of the MS Office suite;
  • Good priority management and organization;
  • Rigor, attention to detail and proactivity;
  • Sense of discretion and autonomy.
