We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will participate in the execution of corporate finance transactions, complex business valuations, corporate structure optimization, and sophisticated, high‑scale insurance underwriting. These services will be provided in support of both ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and the firm itself, and under the supervision of an experienced execution team spanning the junior and senior levels, with long‑time experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and other corporate finance disciplines.

This position will be a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual seeking to satisfy client objectives while striving to create value.

Your role will include:

  • Developing complex financial models for corporate finance transactions in diversified industries, and for operating businesses
  • Managing due diligence and information collection processes with clients
  • Completing first principle asset valuations using a variety of methodologies
  • Collaborating with third‑party service providers to deliver all‑encompassing client solutions in a timely and high‑quality manner
  • Preparing client presentations and proposals, and actively leading and participating in discussions with third parties
  • Delivering thorough research on companies owned by external clients, and on their operating industries, geographies, and competitive landscape
  • Drafting detailed information memorandums and situation overviews for the benefit of third parties

Required Skills or Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or other business or STEM‑related disciplines
  • Internship or extracurricular experience in finance, accounting, and/or capital markets is an asset, but not a requirement
  • Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Desire to assume responsibility and seek solutions to complex problems
  • Commitment to producing accurate and thorough work product under tight deadlines

  • Extended health benefits
