Qualifications
  • Has practiced as a solicitor for 3 to 5 years, with specific experience or interest in diverse corporate work including general business advice, business formation, business acquisitions and divestitures, and corporate reorganizations.
  • Has experience with commercial transactions including private equity and banking and commercial finance.
  • Approaches their work with a strong client-focused mindset, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Thrives in an environment where teamwork, strong communication, respect, kindness, and accountability are expected and highly valued.
  • Holds a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor and is a member of (or eligible for membership with) the Law Society of Alberta.

We will consider equivalencies or more senior lawyers with established practices.
