Our client, a growing property management company, is actively seeking a detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Corporate Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in general accounting, month‑end procedures, reporting, and problem‑solving, ideally with experience in a property management environment.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Mississauga, ON (2 days/week in‑office)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the monthly close and financial reporting process
  • Prepare timely financial statements, variance analysis, and internal management reports
  • Perform and resolve balance sheet reconciliations with strong technical judgment
  • Improve and document accounting processes; support audits and compliance efforts
  • Process payroll and related accounting activities accurately and timely
  • Partner cross‑functionally and support accounting systems and technology initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High level of organization and detail orientation
  • Self‑motivated and good problem‑solving skills
