What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver high‑impact initiatives for institutional clients, including transaction processing and policy controls
- Define and execute the team’s technical roadmap in alignment with organizational goals
- Solve complex challenges by understanding customer needs and delivering secure, scalable solutions
- Uphold engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and technical debt management
- Guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with expertise in Golang, GraphQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, AWS, and blockchain protocols
- Proven track record of building resilient, scalable, and secure microservices
- Experience leading complex technical projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering impactful solutions
- Hands‑on experience with blockchain integrations and secure key management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with full‑stack development, including front‑end frameworks
- Passion for blockchain technology and experience with crypto exchange applications or Web3 tools
- Familiarity with advanced cryptographic techniques, such as zero‑knowledge proofs or secure multi‑party computation (MPC)
- Understanding of SOC 1/SOC 2 standards or experience in regulated environments
