Job description

We are looking for a Copilot Studio Expert, to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio across multiple Microsoft applications and business domains. You will play a key role in helping teams and clients adopt AI responsibly, efficiently, and at scale. This is a hands‑on expert role combining technical delivery, advisory, and enablement. You will also act as a trainer and trusted AI partner for business and technical teams.

This position is remote, based in Toronto or GTA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Own the full lifecycle of Copilot solutions – use case definition, architecture and design, configuration and integration, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Create conversational agents connected to data, workflows, and APIs
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI agents
• Implement AI solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Connect Copilot agents to business systems and enterprise data
• Customize Copilot experiences for different roles and business domains
• Design AI solutions for multiple domains such as IT and operations, HR and talent management, Finance and procurement, and Sales and customer support
• Knowledge management and internal services
• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases
• Advise stakeholders on AI adoption, value creation, and automation opportunities
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and demos on Copilot Studio and AI usage
• Support upskilling of teams on AI best practices
• Create training materials, documentation, and usage guidelines
• Act as a reference expert for AI within Microsoft environments
• Apply best practices in AI governance, security, and compliance
• Ensure responsible AI usage aligned with Microsoft standards
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI solutions
• Support change management and adoption strategies

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Full understanding of the Copilot Studio end‑to‑end lifecycle
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Understanding of conversational AI, prompt design, and AI workflows
• Ability to integrate AI agents with enterprise data and APIs
• Ability to work across different business domains
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable explaining AI to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation projects is a strong plus
• Proven experience delivering AI or digital trainings
• Ability to guide teams and stakeholders through AI adoption
• Autonomous, structured, and proactive mindset
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, AI, or Copilot‑related)
• Experience with governance frameworks or enterprise AI adoption
• Previous exposure to change management or digital transformation programs

Expected Compensation Range

60Hr CAD. (negotiable) The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.

No Canadian work experience is required for this position. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of previous Canadian experience.
