The successful candidate will coordinate daily operations, manage stakeholders, and ensure safety standards are met. Reporting to the AMS Superintendent, the AMS Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of autonomous mining systems. The role focuses on coordinating daily execution, removing constraints, managing interfaces between people, systems, and contractors, and supporting front-line leaders to maximise fleet availability and performance.
The AMS Coordinator acts as a key enabler for Supervisors by organising, facilitating, forecasting, auditing and managing operational and maintenance interactions across the autonomous environment, while ensuring alignment with Fortescue’s safety standards, decarbonisation strategy and Green Fleet transition.
